We will accept bookings April/May 2025. To join our waitlist please fill out our waitlist form here.

At SAFER SIX, we are proud to offer the Orgasm Shot (O-Shot®), an innovative, non-surgical procedure that can help enhance your sexual health, pleasure, and overall intimacy. Our goal is to provide inclusive, compassionate, and personalized care for individuals of all genders and sexual orientations. Whether you're experiencing difficulty achieving orgasm, a decrease in sexual pleasure, or looking to improve your overall sexual satisfaction, the O-Shot® may be the solution you’ve been seeking.

What Is the Orgasm Shot (O-Shot®)?

The Orgasm Shot (O-Shot®) is a cutting-edge treatment designed to improve sexual pleasure, enhance orgasm intensity, and restore sexual function. This procedure involves the use of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), which is derived from your own blood, to stimulate tissue rejuvenation and increase sensitivity in the clitoris, vaginal walls, and G-spot.

The O-Shot® can help individuals experiencing orgasm difficulties, vaginal dryness, low libido, or general loss of sexual satisfaction. By rejuvenating tissues with growth factors from your own blood, the O-Shot® provides a natural and effective way to enhance sexual function and restore confidence.

This is an off-label procedure that is not approved for this indication by Health Canada. There are lots of medications used daily and medical interventions performed off-label without Health Canada approval (including administration of PRP and Botox) such as this one. This does not mean that it is not safe, it just means that we have to use the knowledge we have to make a clinical decision if this may be right for you.

How Does the Orgasm Shot (O-Shot®) Work?

The process of getting the O-Shot® is straightforward and minimally invasive:

  1. Blood Draw: A small sample of your blood is drawn.

  2. Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Extraction: Your blood is processed to concentrate the platelet-rich plasma (PRP), which contains healing properties that can stimulate tissue repair and regeneration.

  3. Injection: The PRP is injected into specific areas of the vagina, clitoris, and/or G-spot, depending on your personal needs. These injections promote blood flow, increase sensitivity, and stimulate tissue growth, leading to enhanced sexual pleasure and satisfaction.

The O-Shot® stimulates new collagen production, cellular repair, tissue regeneration and formation of new blood vessels, which promotes overall increased sensitivity and increased overall sexual pleasure and satisfaction.

Is the Orgasm Shot (O-Shot®) Right for Me?

  • Difficulty reaching orgasm (anorgasmia)

  • Decreased sexual pleasure or sensitivity

  • Low libido or lack of sexual desire

  • Vaginal dryness or discomfort during intercourse

  • Painful sex due to conditions like vaginal atrophy or hormone imbalances

  • Post-menopausal women or individuals who’ve undergone hormone-related changes

  • individuals seeking a non-surgical, natural option to enhance their sexual well-being and intimacy.

During your initial consultation, Dr. Bennett will assess your individual needs, discuss your medical history, and determine if the O-Shot® is the right treatment for you.

What to Expect During/After the Procedure?

The O-Shot® typically takes 30 to 45 minutes, and most individuals experience very little discomfort, thanks to the use of a numbing cream.

The process involves three key stages:

  1. Consultation: During your initial consultation, we'll assess your individual needs and discuss your medical history to determine if the O-Shot® is the right treatment for you.

  2. Preparation: After numbing the treatment area, a small blood sample is drawn, and the PRP is prepared.

  3. Injection: The PRP is injected into targeted areas such as the clitoris, G-spot, and/or vaginal walls.

While some individuals may experience mild swelling or tenderness in the treatment area, these side effects are temporary and generally subside within a few days. Most people are able to return to their normal activities immediately after the procedure.

Is the procedure covered by OHIP?

The procedure is NOT covered by OHIP, although some private insurance providers may provide reimbursement/coverage as a medical procedure if you provide receipt and documentation.

What is the cost of the procedure?

The cost of a consultation is covered by OHIP if you have a health card.
The procedure will cost $1000.

Clitoxin® can also be done at the same time as Orgasm Shot (O-Shot), and can be discussed with Dr. Bennett during your consultation.

Is there research to support this?

Yes, there is evidence-based research to support this procedure. While there are limited large-scale randomized control trials, we feel there is evidence to support the procedure, and this also enables us to add to the pool of research and further clinical evidence that is lacking (as sexual health research is typically underfunded and not as popular as some other clinic areas).
